the location is excellent. i had a spacious room. the beds were very comfortable.

the breakfast had few options. no one speaks english well. the staff made mistakes with my reservation.

Excellent Stay in a Prime Location

prime location comfortable room

The hotel's location allowed very convenient access to key attractions and transportation. It was superb. My room was comfortable, and I slept very well after my long days exploring the city. Housekeeping ensured my bottled water was always replenished after they noticed my consumption habits.

I encountered some difficulties with the staff's English proficiency at check-in. This led to a minor communication barrier. It would be nice if they could improve the English speakers at check-in counter.

unhelpful staff inflexible air conditioning

the staff were not very helpful when i needed something. i asked for an extra blanket one night and it never arrived. also, the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. i could not adjust the temperature in my room making it uncomfortable at times. it was either too hot or too cold, i could not find a balance.
